Matt Rosenthal is a Defence professional beginning with his military officer career where he served for over 12 years in a full-time capacity supporting many complex Defence operations in Australian and in the Middle East.
As a Project Manager, Matt is delivering a Cyber Security capability for the Australian Government.

Matthew Lodden
Matthew Lodden brings over 12 years military experience with the Australian Army to the group. Matt has developed his knowledge of both Special Operations and wider Army logistics.
Matt has provided planning assistance to domestic disaster operations and deployed to Afghanistan in support of NATO in 2018.
Matt is qualified in both ILS and project management methodologies.

Jake is a highly motivated professional with unique knowledge and experiences across the Defence enterprise. Throughout his 12-year career in the Australian Army, he gained valuable experience across the broad spectrum of Joint Operations and deployed to Afghanistan.
Jake is now a Project Manager within Defence Industry and specialises in the delivery of Information and Communication Technology capability. As a skilled and certified practitioner of agile practices in a scaled agile framework, Jake focuses on building trusted relationships with our clients through collaboration, innovative solutioning, and delivering reliable results.

Vanessa Meurant is a devoted Integrated Logistics Support professional with over 12 years’ experience in Defence, where she has provided specialist logistic advice to projects within the land, maritime and special operations domains.
Vanessa has provided intimate specialist logistic and materiel engineering expertise to enhance capability. Vanessa focuses on being a dedicated team member who fosters harmonious interpersonal relationships whilst promoting and valuing everyone’s contributions.

Callum is a diligent and highly motivated project manager with a strong professional background in IT, Defence, logistics operations, personnel, and business management.
Callum is a proven leader with previous military experience as a Logistics Officer with the Australian Army and as an Integrated Teams Project manager in CIOG and CASG. Callum’s skills lie in delivering solutions to complex problems in a multitude of different business and team environments.

Justin Petersen
Justin is a Project Support professional in the Australian Department of Defence. Leveraging his previous professions as a Colorado Police officer, US Army officer, Australian Army officer and Business Development Manager, he brings a diverse array of leadership, management and planning experience to Zilor Group.
Justin fosters a positive teamwork mentality that has been cultivated through his deployments on humanitarian and combat operations in Haiti and the Middle East. Citing his desire to join a team of positive, motivated individuals, Justin joined Zilor Group in May 2022.

Rebecca is a highly motivated Integrated Logistics Support Practitioner with a background of nearly 9 years in the Australian Army.
Rebecca has developed her skills domestically and operationally and has consistently displayed a depth and breadth of specialist knowledge in Defence supply chain and logistics whilst engaging with stakeholders effectively to achieve project outcomes.
This, combined with her professional nature allows her to integrate into teams with ease making her an asset to the Zilor Group.

Carly is a Project Support Officer with a background of over 6 years in the Australian Army. Over the course of her Army career, Carly provided expert administrative and governance advice to executive level staff whilst also serving Australia through her support on highly sensitive Defence Operations in Australia and her operational deployment to the Middle East Region.
As a Project Support Officer, Carly is providing project support to several Australian Government projects, delivering critical capabilities that contribute to the security of the Commonwealth.
